The new hospital with 900 health employees will allow for better serving of the community, ensuring closer and more efficient service.
A total investment of 101.6 million Euros, the new hospital will serve a population of 280.000 people in the Vila Franca de Xira, Alenquer, Arruda dos Vinhos, Azambuja and Benavente areas.
A total of 40.732m2 divided into wards, obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics and psychology, with 280 wards, 9 operating theatres, 6 maternity areas and 33 consultation areas.
Aluminium treatment to the façade and frames was produced by Lacoviana.
