The Lacquering process consists of coating the aluminium with a layer of polyester-based paint, making it highly resistant to severe atmospheric conditions.
The Wood Effect Lacquering system can be applied to all types of objects, regardless of size or dimension. The technology used in the process is one of the most modern and innovative in the country.
Anodizing is based on the electrochemical treatment of aluminium to create a hard, homogeneous, thick layer of alumina that, after being treated, becomes impenetrable to most chemicals, air and water.
Finally, the Insulation process allows separating the inner and outer face of the aluminium joinery by an insulating element. This helps create an insulation barrier against the heat, cold and noise from outside, increasing comfort inside a home and improving its energy efficiency.
And because the transport and delivery cannot be neglected, all our services have automatic packaging equipment and a special unit for the realization of all kinds of specific and export packaging (cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, containers, etc.).

In phase one a pre-treatment is done by immersion or cascade in order to clean and prepare the aluminium for painting, to protect it from corrosion and to maximize the paint adhesion.
The lacquering of the aluminium with powder coating takes place through the electrostatic deposition, and subsequent polymerization, at temperatures close to 200ºC, according to the technical specifications of the polyester.
This process makes the surface highly resistant to severe atmospheric conditions, ensuring the clients receives a high quality and durable product.
Besides protecting the aluminium from natural corrosion, Lacquering enables a wide variety of colour. In order to meet the most demanding needs of our customers, we offer an extensive range of colours. From classic finishes that can be matt or shiny, to more special finishes that include textures and metallics, amongst others available on the market.

For this treatment are established directives and standards defined by QUALICOAT, that manages the renowned brand of the same name. As long as we have been in possession of this certificate since 1997, we ensure compliance with the QUALICOAT directives and we are perfectly qualified to produce with SEASIDE class A1 and A2 (double alkaline/acid attack).
A fully equipped and supported laboratory with a highly qualified technical team guarantees the accomplishment of all the tests required by the certifying entities, among others.
Because we believe that the finished material must be treated with care, we have a plastification service of profiles and smooth plates (one or two sides), in order to give a greater protection during the process of transport, storage and handling of the materials.
